Day 6: What to do if you fail on achieving your goals?
First of all, you didn’t fail. You have a lot more time to achieve. Never tell yourself you failed. Because that’s giving up. I’ll believe that you failed when you’re dead and never achieved your goal. But while you’re alive you have all the time to make it right and follow your dreams, your passions.
So, yeah. Now that we’re clear about you didn’t fail. Let’s move onto the possibilities that you may think you’ve failed:
- You think you failed because you expected to much with little actions: Ok, sure. You did all the #goalsweek videos, then you work on your goals constantly and then slowly left it and then you don’t see any results because you never give the effort needed to achieve it. You quit. Your goal became a dream because you didn’t do anything for it. Stop being lazy and work. We all know this is hard and you already knew this. And you didn’t care you set the goal anyways, so where’s that motivation? Get back on track on your goals and your habits because someday you’ll achieve it.
- You think you failed because you did everything you could and still didn’t achieve it: maybe you did something wrong. Review your action plan and find the problem that keeps you stuck. Try over and over again until you find what’s wrong and keep on achieving your goal.
So, those are the reasons you probably thought you may failed.
If you feel uninspired, tired or unfocused. Just rest, don’t quit. Learn to take breaks if you need to. Clear your mind. Don’t think about it. Take a few days off. Do something you like to do to pump you up. Because of that break you’ll come back with so much energy and motivation to get back on track with all your projects. I promise you.
So, this was the last post of #GOALSWEEK. And tomorrow we’ll make a review of what the learned these days and I have a HUGE surprise for you. You’ll love it.
See you tomorrow.
Love, A.
