It’s obviously the first on my list. Cassie Ho is the instructor of Blogilates and a few years ago I found her on YouTube and she made me love to do exercise at home. It’s really fun, only 45-55 minutes a day with a rest day. She’s a planner freak like me and makes a full month planner of exercise every month. Each day has a selection of videos to do and you can print it so you won’t forget to exercise that day.
